Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your order falls under these restrictions, our support team will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative delivery address to ensure your items arrive safely.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@ravasafety.com with your name and order number. We will investigate the issue with the carrier immediately.

Contact-Free Delivery

To ensure safety, our carriers operate a contact-free delivery service; no signature is required at the door.

 

Refund & Return Policy

 

At Rava Safety, your satisfaction is our priority. We have a transparency-first return policy to ensure you feel confident in your purchase.

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Label Deduction: If you choose to use a return shipping label provided by us, the cost of that label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, Rava Safety will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at contact@ravasafety.com with photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  3. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
